Phil Griffin
Originally from England, Phil received his culinary training at Bristol Catering College. Phil brings over 25 years of culinary experience from seven European Michelin restaurants including Whitechapel Manor, Devon: taunton castle, under Eric Chavots at Chavots, Le Escargot, Mirabelle, and Titanic (London) and under Raymond Blanc at Le Petit Blanc, Oxford.

Wes Rodgers
Wes Rodgers started his career 18 years ago in Vermont at the Historic Green Mountain Inn. He honed his craft and worked as a culinary intern in Vermont and Hawaii until he graduated in 2008 with an Associates in Culinary arts from the New England Culinary Institute. He continued his work in New England for the next 9 years eventually leading to his move to Colorado where he most recently worked as a Sous Chef at the Broadmoor Hotel.
