Till's new location downtown (in former Coquette's) has opened with a flourish, its star chef, British Michelin-star veteran Phil Griffin, plating crazy good cuisine. Clearly, this has the potential of being the finest dining spot in the region if the Garden of the Gods/Pinery folks can keep the chef. We had a variety of fine apps and the transcendent Akaushi short ribs, a well-crusted, fall-off-the-bone delight with a glaze of chipotle and coffee that complements the meat perfectly without competing with it. Wow. Can't wait to go back. And welcome to the Springs, Phil. Please stay. The atmosphere has been simplified since Coquette, and a glass wine rack wall adds to a sense of sophistication. The service everywhere is a challenge right now, but Till seems to be doing OK, with a manager that gave personal attention and a waitress who was sufficiently attentive. I'll be back.

Till is the new high watermark in Colorado Springs. What are they like? Well, fine dining you would find in Vegas, or Dallas, or NYC. They are that good. Why the chef and sous chef decided 'here is where I plant my flag' I don't know. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. This is good. Very good. The food was phenomenal. Scallops, pork belly, halibut, strip, salad...all great. I can't wait to book a return. Emillio (sp?) was phenomenal. Great server. Very professional and attentive. I told him I would ask for him by name next time. I could gush on about this place. We went home and had cigars and raved about the experience. Again, minor quibbles which I can address privately but this is now a must-do in town. Wow is all I can say. WOW! To have such a great dining experience in Colorado Springs is a blessing. To compare it to places like Le Cirque, Boulard, Penrose Room, etc. is unfair. Wrong places and wrong ingredient access; but damn, they have the makings. Congrats chef: this was magnificent.

Excellent food! Classy atmosphere. Collectively we ordered: small plates: venison tartare, Scottish egg, duck taco; entrees: vegetarian ravioli, Rohan duck, Lamb Rump, Green Circle Chicken Breast; dessert: key lime pie, sweet potato pie. All of which were delicious! We were all happy with the food. Our server, Leo, was hands-down amazing. He suggested wine pairings for our food which turned out to pair perfectly and taste exquisite. Leo was on point all evening and such a pleasure for our entire visit. The staff are knowledgeable and fine dining trained. The atmosphere was casual classy. It wasn't too extravagant which allowed a simple elegant class to all aspects of our experience. It is $$$, but if you're looking for a wonderful, intimate, fine dining experience in downtown Colorado Springs, I would highly recommend!

Great atmosphere. Beautiful inside and great outdoor seating and patio. Quiet dining and great lighting. Great host seated us. Tess our waitress was so pleasant and helpful in food selections! The service was well done. Great attention to us by all the staff. The Salmon was spot on. Perfectly prepared. The NY strip was also perfectly prepared at medium. The vegetarian mushroom ravioli was delicate and had beautiful peas and asparagus with a tasty potato layered with butternut squash side. The Halibut dish was also a hit.The coconut panna cotta was light and flavorful. The berries on top were lovely. The only disappointment was the key lime pie dessert. Lacking flavor and pie to be honest. Definitely will return to this gem!

Wow!! If you're looking for a fantastic menu--food and wine, this is the place to go. Menu has great selections: short ribs, steak, halibut, vegetarian options for entrees. Very tasty appetizer selections. Well trained servers with fantastic attitudes. Too full for desert but the choices looked fantastic and I will save room next time.

This place blew my expectations out of the water. As soon as you walk towards the building, the ambiance begins to hype up the experience. Very clean, classy, yet inviting. My server was so attentive, even when his section was filled. Without asking he replaced my drink, as my original order ended up not being to my liking. Nothing felt rushed, and everyone was so friendly. This is not the typical- outdated, overdone, "the 80's called and wants their menu back", that often comes to mind when you hear the term "fine dining" in the Springs. This is a completely renovated and contemporary experience and gives the proper meaning to the term. I promise this will be the new go-to for any big or important dinners. Moving forward, my favorite aspect- the food! Honestly, I am typically a food snob. I usually do not see the point in paying twice as much for something mediocre and flavorless when I can make it at home. That being said... This is the first restaurant in town I've been to in the last decade that hit every taste bud with a balanced and flavorful bite. I started with the Duck Tacos; they were moist, sweet but salty, and the homemade tortilla rounded everything out wonderfully. I then proceeded with the Salmon dish. It came out as a perfect medium. The potatoes and crab meat Cornell; along with the sauces (couldn't get enough!)- were a symphony to my soul. I swear to you friend, I could not help but smile and let my eyes roll into the back of my head as I took my first bite. You can undoubtedly taste the love in the food here. Everything was so thoughtful, purposefully, and perfectly paired- both flavor and texture wise. Absolutely must try, best salmon in town hands down. To top off this blissful experience- we ended with baklava. Home-made baklava. Already a crowd pleaser- but then it was served warm with silky sweet potato ice cream and scratch made, fluffy marshmallows!!! Such a delightful mixture of summer time deliciousness with nestalgia mixed in. Even this dessert {which sounds heavy on paper when you only read the components}- was somehow beautifully balanced and melted away in my mouth. I have not had a dining experience like this in Colorado Springs in a decade. The crew here is obviously passionate about their jobs, the pride and respect comes through the entire experience. Conclusively, you must try and share with all your friends! I will absolutely be returning. Well trained servers with fantastic attitudes. Too full for desert but the choices looked fantastic and I will save room next time.

I've eaten there 2x since it opened. A fine Colorado Springs dining experience. Food was outstanding. Staff was great. Great atmosphere for any dining experience you seek. A beautiful bar and wine selection is unparalleled in our town. Thanks Till! My husband and I ate dinner at Till for our anniversary last night and had a wonderful time! The food, drinks, and service came together to make our evening truly special. I enjoyed two glasses of the Syrah and my husband loved the Flying South cocktail he ordered. We chose the duck tacos and scallop ceviche to start, both of which were absolutely delicious. For dinner, I had the vegetarian ravioli - the combination of flavors was perfect - and my husband “inhaled” the Rohan duck. To top it off, our server (I believe his name was Alex but I'm not the best with names!) made us feel like VIPs during our anniversary dinner. We’ve eaten at quite a few restaurants here in town, and TILL is definitely at the top of our list!I don't know. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT. This is good. Very good. The food was phenomenal. Scallops, pork belly, halibut, strip, salad...all great. I can't wait to book a return. Emillio (sp?) was phenomenal. Great server. Very professional and attentive. The chef is spot on with flavors, seasoning and presentation. The wine list is outstanding with a fantastic selection regardless of the variety and not over inflated in price. This town is not known for high end dining, but this place has real potential out of any restaurants that have been open or opened recently. This is a miss if you don't experience this fabulous European cuisine.

Perfect summer date night dinner! We have had many brunch/breakfasts at the GoG Market which shares the same space during the day, and we found the transformation to evening elegance at Till South truly delightful! With advance reservations, my husband and I were seated right away and ordered drinks from the creative cocktail menu. Although both the salads were beyond delicious, the shaved vegetable, feta, watermelon salad is a must-try! The beautiful composition was artfully gorgeous! We shared a perfectly-seared Akaushi New York Strip Steak with a poached potato, to-die-for wild mushrooms, and ale sauce. We ended the meal with a sweet potato dessert. Halfway through dinner we discovered there is music at 9:00 on Fridays and Saturday evenings so we returned after a walk downtown for a perfect ending with coffee and entertainment by a crowd-pleaser Frank Sinatra "crooner"! Definitely at the top of our list for a return dinner!

We ate here on Thursday evening with friends and loved it! The setting is very elegant yet comfortable and the food was outstanding. The huge selection of great wines by the glass was enough to bring us back. We were expecting slow service because of the difficulty in hiring servers we'd been hearing about, but the service was great. Till is a welcome addition to fine-dining in downtown COS and we'll be back many times.

We were lucky enough to be here opening night. The space is really well laid out--nice and bright with an open air section with well set firepits (propane). Wine selection is vast and deep. My wife had the halibut and I had the pork belly. Both excellent with great little tastes and sauces for both. Service was outstanding--if anything too attentive. Colorado Springs has some great restaurants and very few like this. Fine dining in a relaxed and welcome environment. Well done!
